Sufi Inam Ul Hassan is the Founder and CTO of XOVO Technologies. He owns the engineering decision that every other decision hangs off: how much a system is allowed to do without a person in the room. That runs through the agentic AI, chatbot and generative AI work, and through the SaaS and full-stack infrastructure those systems actually run on.
On client projects he stays on the architecture himself rather than handing it down. He sets where an agent acts alone, where a human signs off, what happens when the model is wrong, and how anyone will know six months later whether the thing is still working. The published side of that thinking is the reference library on the insights hub: 17 guides, roughly 86,000 words and 119 answered questions covering agentic architecture and guardrails, private LLM hosting, and chatbot integration against real company data.
