About the role
What you'll be doing
Shape the user experience of our AI products through research-driven design.
This is a remote-first, full-time position on our Design team. You'll work closely with founders and specialists on production AI systems, owning meaningful problems end to end.
Responsibilities
What you'll own
- Lead UX research, including user interviews and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Maintain and evolve our design system
- Collaborate with engineers on design implementation
- Advocate for user needs in product discussions
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 4+ years product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills
- Expert-level Figma proficiency
- Experience designing complex B2B/SaaS products
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
